Introduction
Oatmeal is nutritionally rich. It has more protein than most grains and also contains numerous vitamins and minerals. It contains antioxidants and a soluble fiber called beta-glucan, which aids several systems of the body.
Steps
Pour half and half hot water and milk as oats absorb a lot and enjoy. Soak the first 4 ingredients overnight with the raisins and fig with water, yoghurt or milk as you prefer
Soak nuts separately and mix and serve.

2 tbs roasted oats
1 tbs wheat bran
1 tbs popped amaranth
1/2 tbs roasted ground flaxseed powder
6 peeled almonds
2 cashew
2 pista
3 walnuts
1 tbs magaz
1/2 tbs sunflower seeds
1 tsp til seeds
1 soaked fig
5-6 raisins
1 tbs amla preserve
